"My Listing has Disappeared!  I signed up and paid but I can't see it on the site!"
 
Every time you change your listing, we manually check it.  We do this at least once every twenty-four hours.
 
We'll check for typos, and make sure the map is showing something sensible as sometimes google maps gets a bit picky (so don't panic if we change the text location field a little).
 
If you've uploaded a photo and filled out a good amount of description, we'll set the listing to 'Active' and you'll see it on the site.
 
If the listing is empty or it looks like you are still working on it, we'll switch it to 'Suspended', which sounds a bit drastic but just means we're waiting for you to finish filling it out.
 
 
"How do I get back in to edit my listing?"
 
Easy:
  1. Log in on the left hand side of the front page of the site.
  2. Go to 'Manage Listings' and click on your listing name.
  3. Click 'Edit Listing Information'.
Make sure you save the listing every 10 minutes or so of editing as some web browsers time out after an hour or so and lose whatever you are typing.  It may be safest to edit within a text editor and copy and paste into the form in one go.
