I also guide you to identify beliefs that hold you back from fully living the life you want. In Life Coaching we focus on developing and manifesting your untapped potential. I use EFT either alone or in combination with Life Coaching to release resistances such as fears and unhelpful beliefs that are the biggest stumbling blocks to reaching your goals and living your highest potential.
