I am a Psychotherapist, Clinical Member - OSP (Ontario Society of Psychotherapists), a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (D-CEP) and an Advanced EFT practitioner (EFT-ADV); over the past 30 years I have been a student of life, Spirituality and Inner Growth. This wonderful journey has led me to many places and many inner and outer discoveries; it has allowed me to develop a strong intuition and spiritual connection that allows me to connect energetically with others in a loving, respectful and humble way. I have lived in many places in Mexico, in Europe and I have recently relocated to Ontario, Canada. I am fluent in Spanish and in English. Besides Energy Psychology (EFT, TAT, Allergy Antidotes, EDxTM, IET), I love Family Constellations, Gestalt and Client Centered Therapy, Alternative Healing Methods, Myths, movies and reading. I am passionate about Sufism as a Spiritual Path, about Rumi and about developing the Heart. I work with clients in person and by phone, and from Mexico, Canada and any place accessible by Skype. My EFT Story I have taught these protocols to hundreds of people, and they have been effective in the vast majority of cases. I use Energy Psychology Techniques constantly, and I’m still amazed sometimes at just how effective they are, and how much can be achieved with them as self-help methods and in therapy. The techniques are simple and can be used almost anywhere. I use them all the time. I’ve sat at red lights; in airport and hospital waiting areas; and just about anywhere, tapping away for whatever frustration, irritation or anxiety has arisen in the moment. And I’ve tapped, and TAT’ed for deeper issues too, by myself and also with clients in therapy. I’ve released childhood fears of not being good enough, anger, frustration and disappointment over certain family matters. I’ve also been able to move through a challenging relationship loss, emerging stronger and more confident as I’ve used the basic Energy Psychology techniques I will share with you, “tapped away” and “held the pose” for any issues as they arose. Energy Psychology Techniques have become a part of my life. At times I forget this incredible tool, but I’m fortunate to have my loved ones remind me to tap, tat, touch and breathe, get centered and turn once again to the Presence that Sustains us all. Who I Like to Work With I like to work with individuals or with couples who are going through difficult life transitions and want to reconnect with their Inner Joy and Spirituality. I am bilingual and work in English and in Spanish Qualifications I was trained in Cuernavaca, Mexico as a therapist specializing in Gestalt, Client Centered and Family Constellations. I was a staff member of the Instituto de Gestalt de Cuernavaca (IGC) for over 15years, and remain a consultant. I co-developed and co-led two one year trainings in Energy Psychology, and Energy Psychology and Symptom Work using Gestalt Therapy. I have a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology and am a consultant for ACEP. I moved to Ontario in September 2007, and am a Clinical Memeber of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists. I am a Certified Holographic Repatterning (now Resonance Repatterning) Practitioner and EFT-Adv. I am a passionate student of Energy Psychotherapy and keep learning new ways of applying these awesome tools.
