EFT for Jazzy and Me! - 09/12/2008 10:50:04

Jenny from Rhode Island I remember the first time I had a riding lesson with Bruce. I've had a few bad falls and was very nervous! So before Bruce even asked me to get on he took me and my horse (Jazzy) aside and practised EFT. All my fears washed right out of me! I was able to take deep relaxing breaths and was eager to get on my horse and have fun! I will never forget it! Just about everytime I have a lesson, Bruce guides me through EFT with his calm and relaxed energy and Jazzy and I become a happy team. It's not always related to being afraid of riding but anything else that might be going on in my life. Bruce has helped me deal with problems as far back as my childhood and finally let them go. It's a beautiful gift! Thanks for teaching me Bruce!

K from MA Being a shy person with major performance anxiety, it is amazing I began riding in the first place. Bruce first began using tapping with me when people at my barn would watch my riding. This may seem like nothing to many, but to me it was almost paralyzing! Using the techniques I have been able to relax better and have more confidence in my abilities as a rider. Due to this not only have I become a better rider but also I am becoming more confident in my role at the barn every day.

Karen from Rhode Island I've been riding for about 25 years and currently have 2 talented but HOT mares. Sometimes their extra energy gets the best of my confidence. It becomes a distraction for me and the horses feel it in my body and in the saddle. Bruce will have me then stop and do a quick EFT session while I'm on the horse to address my fear and anxiety of getting hurt. During and after the session I am able to take deep relaxing breaths, at this time the horses always do the same. There is no placebo with horses so I KNOW they feel the difference!! Recently my hot "girls" are going better than I ever thought possible and every second in the saddle is a joy, thanks to Bruce and EFT!

Rosemary from Rhode Island Hi. Bruce introduced me to EFT several years ago when I confided in him that the stress of running a business, a household, and raising a young daughter was getting to me. I had never heard of EFT but being a dressage student of Bruce's, I know that when he gives direction, it comes from a sincere effort to help and is backed by true knowledge of the subject. So I gave it a try...and it worked! Since then, he has given me many tools to expand "my" knowledge and use of EFT. I've even learned how to use it to help my "high-strung" Thoroughbred become more relaxed.

Betsey MacDonald from Rhode Island I'm certain my horses are delighted that Bruce introduced me to his technique. It has helped me to have a more positive focus. I take a deep breath and feel confident and so do they. Eft and Bruce are great!
